We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Dubai: 1-2 business days
- Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ): 2-4 business days
Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your contact number is correct. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
7. Incorrect Address
LOOP is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming.
