1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for:
- Unopened and unused products in their original packaging
- Products that are defective or damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect items received
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: LOOP covers the return shipping costs.
- All other approved returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost once the return is received and inspected.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment at no charge. Once shipped, it must follow the return process above.
